Our pulled pork is imported form the United States ensuring the highest quality. Our pork butts are smoked for 12 to 16 hours and mixed with a Carolina style bbq sauce.
Our pork bellies are imported from Chili, brined for 24 hours in our house brine, smoked for 10 to 12 hours and finished on the plancha.
Our ribs are imported from the United States, smoked for 4 to 6 hours, and finished on the grill for a perfect char.
Our chicken is locally raised, brined for 24 hours, smoked for 2 hours, and fried for service.
